Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Bethlehem Association Center, Pinetops, North Carolina with Rev. Robert C. Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in the Crestlawn Memorial Gardens, Farmville, North Carolina.

She is survived by one son Travarus Eason (Shaneka) Tarboro, North Carolina, one grandchild Kelanni Shaw, eight sisters, Joyce Ann Sherrod (Bishop Clinton Sherrod) , Waldorf MD., Lachonne Brown, Fountain North Carolina, Annette Walker (Rev. Timothy Walker) Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Tiera Eason, Newbern, North Carolina, Annette Williams, Virginia Beach VA., Lynette Williams, Portsmouth, VA., Era Eason and Barbara Cox, Charlotte, North Carolina. Three brothers, Kelvin Dickens (Chiquinta), Tarboro, North Carolina, Curtis Williams, Newport News, VA., Wayman Cox, Charlotte, North Carolina. A step-father, John Lester Williams (Barbara) Hampton, VA., six uncles Rev, Joseph C. Thigpen (Lolietta), Ernest Thigpen (Annie), Dennis Thigpen(Betty), George Thigpen (Diana), Kenneth Thigpen (Ada), District Elder Elester Thigpen, (Joyce). A host of cousins, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. To 5:00 p.m. on Friday March 29, 2019 at Dickens Funeral Service, Inc. and a wake 6:00 p.m. To 8:00 p.m. at the Bethlehem Association Center, Bynum Road, Pinetops, North Carolina.
