Bruce Ellison Obituary Bruce Wayne Ellison, 57, died Saturday October 24, 2020 at home. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at East lawn Memorial Gardens at 2:00PM with Rev. Tommy King officiating and Rev. Stacey Evans Eulogist. He is survived by his wife Dora Hart Ellison of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, his mother Hattie Savage Ellison, Princeville, North Carolina. One son, Bruce Ellison Jr., Tarboro, North Carolina, a daughter Konica Thomas, Greenville, North Carolina., two sisters, Daisy Staton Princeville, North Carolina, and Jeanette Fuller (Kevin) Bowie, Maryland, one brother Ray Ellison, (Helen), Tarboro, North Carolina, two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends. A public viewing and visitation will take place at Dickens Funeral Service on Friday October 30, 2020 from 2:00PM to 6:00PM. We will follow the COVID-19 guidelines in the distancing and masks will be required to be worn at both services.
