Dock Powell Jr. Obituary Mr. Dock Powell Jr. 84 of Princeville, North Carolina died Tuesday August 30, 2022 at Rex Hospital UNC Raleigh, North Carolina. Services for Mr. Powell will be held on Saturday, September 03, 2022 at 12noon at St. Luke Church of Christ, Princeville, North Carolina. Eulogist, Rev. James Brown, burial will follow in Eastlawn Memorial gardens, Tarboro, North Carolina. He is survived by four (4) daughters Gwendolyn Draughn, Tarboro, North Carolina, Julia (Irving) Bryant, Tarboro, North Carolina, Angela Pettaway, Atlanta Georgia, and Tiffany (Shelton) Hedgepeth, Battleboro, North Carolina. Two brothers Walter Powell, Atlanta Georgia, James (Elizabeth) Powell, Tarboro, North Carolina. One sister Catherine Lovely of Baltimore Md., three grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. A public Visitation will be on Friday September 2, 2022 from 2:00pm till 6:00pm.
