Ethel Hines Garrison Obituary Ms. Ethel Hines Garrison, 93, passed away on Sunday January 17, 2021. A graveside service for Ms. Garrison will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, January 24, 2021 in the Pineview Cemetery. She is a former graduate of Carver High School, Pinetops, North Carolina and attended Shaw University, Raleigh, North Carolina. She is survived by one nephew, Tyrone Hines ( Julia Ann) of Pinetops, North Carolina. A public viewing will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 from 4:00PM-6:00PM.
