Frank Latham Obituary Mr. Frank Latham of Baltimore, Maryland the son of the late Vanella Lathan of Princeville, NC transitioned on Thursday 3-09-23. Services will be held on Wednesday March 22, 2023 at Joseph H. Brown Jr. Chapel 2140 N. Fulton Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland at 11:00AM. A private Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. He is survived by two sons Quintin Lathan and Frank Lathan of Baltimore, Maryland , two daughters Deborah Ham and Valerie Williams, Baltimore Maryland. One son Kenneth Lathan preceded him in death. His survivors also includes Oscar (Martha) Lathan, Tarboro, North Carolina and Dollie Lathan, Princeville, North Carolina.
