Services will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023 12:00 noon at Mildred Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 1838 South Shiloh Farm Road, Tarboro, North Carolina. A public viewing will be held at the church 1 hour prior to the funeral service, Rev. Stevie Lawrence officating. Burial will follow in the Eastlawn Cemetery Tarboro, North Carolina. Gracie leaves to cherish her memories, children, Mitchell Black (Angie), Raleigh, North Carolina, Quinton Black, Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Richard Williams, Brooklyn, New York and Constance Martin, Bailey, North Carolina, grandchildren, Terrance, Felicia, Theresa, Tanis, Latef,Omari and Ahkil; Great Grandchildren, Xavian and Xavien; sisters, Mary White, Marjorie Shaw (Jordan) Nickie Boyd, Barbara Black, Sandra Black and Peggy Coffield, brothers Clifton Black and Curtis Jordan (Vernell) a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
