Harvey Howell Obituary Mr. Harvey C. Howell, 67, died Thursday March 25, 2021 in Newport News, Virginia. Services for Mr. Howell will be held on Saturday April 03, 2021 at 12 noon at Conetoe Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Conetoe, North Carolina with Bishop Antoino Gregory, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the Conetoe Family Cemetery, Conetoe, North Carolina. Harvey was a graduate of the class of '1971' of Conetoe High School, Conetoe North Carolina. He is survived by one son Franz 'Heddy' Thigpen (April), of Lehigh Acres, Fl, one daughter, Jokila 'Kila' Walker of Goldston, North Carolina. Five sisters, Miriam H. Harrell (Robert), Phyllis C. Howell, Roslyn H. Allen, Gwyn L. Howell and Joyce Pugh (Rev. George) all of Tarboro, North Carolina. Four brothers Dennis (Maxcine) of Loganville, Georgia, Melvin (Vanessa ) Princeville, North Carolina, Brad (Sharon) of Winder, Georgia, Rev. Benjamin Worsley (Verna) Tarboro, North Carolina. Six grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A public Visitation and Viewing will be held on Friday April 2, 2021 from 2:00PM-6:00PM at Dickens Funeral Services, Tarboro, North Carolina. The Service will be Live-Streamed on our Facebook Page. We will be following the COVID-19 guidelines in distancing and ask that masks be worn for both services.
