James Savage, Jr. Obituary Mr. James Savage, Jr. of Tarboro, North Carolina died Tuesday December 24, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, North Carolina. Services will be held on Saturday January 4, 2020 at 1:00P.M. in the Chapel of Dickens Funeral Service Inc. of Tarboro, N.C. Burial will follow in the Batts Chapel Church Cemetery. He is survived by two sons James Earl Savage, Hampton Va., Dennis Speller, (Norma) Chesapeake, Va., four brothers, Jimmy Hilliard (Lola) Princeville, N.C., Dennis Ray Hilliard, Tarboro, N.C. William Hilliard, Durham, Victor Hilliard, Washington, DC, three sisters, Mary Savage Pasker, Upper Marlboro, Md, Dorethea Hilliard, Washington, DC, Dianne Hilliard Heath ( Steve) Rocky Mount, N.C., twelve grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
