She is survived by her mother Belinda (Harvey) Cotton of Macclesfield, North Carolina, father Richard (Maryanne) Staton,Tarboro, North Carolina. Two sons, Jayden Maldonado- Johnson, Jayjuan Jazir Maldonado- Johnson, Tarboro, North Carolina, two daughters Jaziyah Downece Staton, Tarboro, North Carolina, Jaleigh Paige Maldonado -Johnson, Tarboro, North Carolina. Two brothers Dayton Staton and Richard J. Staton, Tarboro, North Carolina, one sister Semeka Staton, Greenville, North Carolina. A Visitation will be held on Friday July 16, 2021 from 2-6:00PM at Dickens Funeral Service. We will follow the COVID-119 guidelines and you will be asked that masks be worn to both services.
