Mr. Joe Anderson, age 88, of Princeville, North Carolina transitioned on Friday, November 01, 2024, at his residence. A funeral service will be held on Saturday November 09, 2024, at Holy Temple Holiness Church 709 E. Wilson Street, Tarboro, NC at 1:00PM with Bishop Antonio Gregory, eulogist. The burial will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery, Tarboro. A public visitation will be held at 12 Noon one hour prior to the service at the church. He is survived by four sons, Charlie Lewis Battle, Princeville, NC, Henry Wilder, Salisbury, NC. Joe Lamont Wilder, Hickory, NC., Earl Battle (Debbie) Wake Forest, NC. Four daughters, Barbara Jackson, Connecticut, Sandra Walker, Spencer, NC. Gale Kenney, Tarboro, NC and Sandra Bellamy (Dennis) Princeville, NC. Two brothers Bennie Anderson, New Jersey, Johnnie Anderson, Ayden, NC and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
