Funeral service will be held at Conetoe Chapel Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday March 19, 2022 at 2:00PM. with Rev. Richard Joyner, eulogist. Burial will follow in the Conetoe Community Cemetery, Conetoe, NC. Her survivals includes her son, Kimdric Mayo (Jenita), Wilson, NC, Four sisters, Mary Hyman (Willow) Conetoe, NC, Ann Fields (Arthur) Ayden, NC, Hattie Pearl Mayo, Tarboro, NC and Effie Mayo, Stanford Ct. Four brothers William Pippen (Brenda), Tarboro, NC, Howard Dancy Mayo, James K. Carney, and Roosevelt Mayo all of Rocky Mount, NC. Three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of special nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. A public Visitation will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022 from 2:00PM til 6:00PM We will continue to follow the COVID -19 guidelines and ask that all attendees wear masks to both services.
