Maxine Dickens Bryant of Seattle Washington, the daughter of the late Elder Joe W. Dickens and Isabelle Knight Dickens answered her calling and accepted her wings. She was married to the late James Bryant. She was a graduate of Conetoe High School (class of 66) and a Fayetteville State University graduate.

She is survived by one brother, Cornell Dickens of Greenville, North Carolina, three sisters Martha Lathan(class of 67) of Tarboro, North Carolina, Gwendolyn Bowen of Winterville and Robin Porter of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Two brother in laws, Oscar Lathan (Class of 66) and Jessie Bowen.

On angels wings you were taken away but in our hearts you will always stay. Rest In Peace
