Mr. Benjamin Carney,Sr Obituary Mr. Benjamin Franklin Carney,Sr. 80, died February 25,2008. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2 p.m. at the Conetoe Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Joyner and Rev. Vernice Slade Carney officiating. Burial will follow in the Carney Family Cemetery in Princeville. He is survived by three daughters; Sabrena Walston, Loretta Hampton, and Lorraine Stokes. Four sons; Robert Joyner, Albert Joyner, Alonza Joyner, and Benjamin Franklin Carney, Jr. Fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. One sister; Teola Jones and four brothers; Ernest Carney, Martin Carney, Fred Carney, and Alexander Carney.
