Funeral services will be held Saturday April 6,2013 12 noon at the Pine Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Daniel Battle officiating. Burial will follow in the Carver Park Cemetery. He is survived by four sisters; Emma Dickens Dortch of the home, Annie Jenkins of Rocky Mount, Phyllis Biscoe of Oxen Hill,Maryland and Nora Umstead of Rocky Mount.
