Mr, Cotten Obituary Mr. Augustus Cotten 84, of Oak City, died April 26, 2008. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2P.M. at White's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Stacey A. Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Cotton's Family Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Ethel Hines Cotten of the home,two daughters;Germaine Barnes(Tommie)of Upper Marlboro,Maryland;Ethel Knight(Eric)of Tarboro,N.C. Four sons;Augustus Cotten,Jr.(Armeta)of Shiloh,Illinois;Sampson Cotten of San Antonia,Texas;Augustine Cotten(Ella)of Raleigh,N.C. and Mahlon Cotten(Alice)of Williamston,N.C.
