Mr. Elbert Allen Obituary Sharpsburg, NC Mr. Elbert Lewis Allen, 50, died August 27, 2013. Funeral services will be held Saturday 3 pm at the Weeping Mary Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife Margie Higgs Allen of the home, two daughters, Natashe Jones (Jerrod) of Sharpsburg, NC and Tarnisha Martin of Rocky Mount NC; six sons, Antwan Allen (Juanita) of Rocky Mount, NC, Donovar Allen and Elbert Allen, Jr. both of Sharpsburg, NC, Tyrune Martin of Massachusetts, Terrell Martin and Elbert Martin both of Greenville, NC, five brothers, Rev. Jasper Arnold (Lizzie), Eddie Arnold (Cindy) and William Allen, Sr. (Jackie) and Samuel Allen, Jr. all of Tarboro, and James E. Arnold (Veronica) of Rocky Mount, NC, two sisters, Jannie Worthington (Robert) and Bettie Bradley (Russell) both of Tarboro NC, eleven grandchildren, five aunts, four uncles and a host of other relatives and friends.
