Mr. Eugene Dancy Obituary Pinetops, North Carolina Mr. Eugene Dancy ,74 of Pinetops, North Carolina died Saturday September 22, 2018 at his home. Funeral services will be 1:00p.m. Friday, September 28, 2018 at Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Association Center, Pinetops, N.C. with Rev. Robert Staton officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the funeral service. Eugene graduated from G.W. Carver in 1963 and moved to Norwalk Connecticut in 1965. He was employed by Meyers Manufacturing as a Pattern Designer and Sample Maker of ladies pocket books. Left with cherished memories of his life are three children, Terrence Dancy, Danbury Connecticut, Kareem L. Dancy and a daughter Katrina L. Dancy both of Bridgeport Connecticut. Five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, five sisters, Juanita D. Oates, Charlotte, N.C., Oleathia D. Hayes (Henry) Warrenton, N.C., Wilburay D. McNeil, Pinetops, N.C. Gwendolyn D. Burns (Ameche) Robersonville, N.C. and Christine D. Sharpe (James) Chester, VA, six brothers, Curmilus Dancy Sr., Pinetops, N.C. William Henry Dancy (Gwendolyn) Stafford, VA, Curtis Dancy, Tarboro, N.C. Leonard Dancy(Mamie) Norwalk, Connecticut, Bernard Dancy (Annette) Tarboro,N.C., and Winfred Dancy (Donna) Castalia, N.C. and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
