Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Conetoe Chapel Missionary Baptist church with Rev. Richard Joyner officiating. He is survived by his wife, Cora Lee Brown of the home, three daughters, Margaret Brown Parker (Floyd) New Bern ,N.C., Alice Faye Brown Jones, Tarboro, N.C. and Michelle Barnes NewKirk, Tarboro, N.C., one son, Howard Brown, Jr. Rocky Mount, N.C, seven grandchildren, one great- grandchild and a sister Daisy Brown, Bethel, N.C.
