Mr. James Bullock Obituary Tarboro, N.C. Mr. James Earl Bullock, 72, died September 26, 2013. Funeral services will be held 1 pm Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne Hines officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Chapel Church Cemetery.
