Mr. Joe Vines Obituary Tarboro, North Carolina Mr. Joe N. Vines, 66, died Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Transitions Life Care in Raleigh, North Carolina. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Salvation and Deliverance Church in Tarboro, North Carolina with Bishop Theodore Herring officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Gethsemane in Rocky Mount, N.C. He is survived by one daughter, Melodie Jo Vines, three sisters, Pamela Elaine Vines, Vermal Battle, Joyce Ann Berry, and four brothers, John Allen (Gloria), Johnnie Battle, Earl Jacobs, Rodney Vines and a host of other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held Friday, April 7, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Dickens Funeral Service, Inc.
