Mrs. Bettie Ellison Obituary Mrs. Bettie Council Ellison,92, died July 4,2010. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11 a.m. at Dickens Funeral Chapel with Elder J.T. McCray and Elder Cleveland Purvis officiating. Burial will follow in the Council Family Cemetery. She is survived by two sisters, Dessie Hyman of Oak City and Lenzy Speaker of Tarboro.
