Mrs. Bettye Gray Obituary Tarboro, North Carolina Mrs. Bettye Gray,68, died Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Vidant Pitt Hospital. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m.Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Mildred Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Tarboro, North Carolina with Rev. William E. Suggs officiating. She is survived by her husband, Eric Gray of the home, two sons; James Powell (Delois) of Tarboro, N.C., Jimmy Powell of Kernersville, N.C.,three sisters, Mary Parker, Barbara Miller both of Rocky Mount, N.C., Mae Glover of Tarboro, N.C. , six brothers, James H. Jones (Vanessa) Pikesville, Md., Elbert Jones (Mary) of Tarboro, N.C. James L. Jones of the home, David Earl Cherry (Gwenda) of Tarboro, N.C., Ernest Lee Cherry of Battleboro, N.C. and William Cherry (Maude) of Rocky Mount, N.C., two grandchildren, Jebronis Powell, Jasmine Powell, and one great granddaughter, Kaelyn Powell. A viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2016 at Dickens Funeral Service, Inc. of Tarboro, North Carolina.
