Mrs. Carrie Wheeler Obituary Battleboro, N.C. Mrs. Carrie S. Wheeler, 88, died February 12, 2014. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday February 17, 2014 at the Salem Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Jonah Walston officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Chapel Church Cemetery. She is survived by four daughters Helen Jones, Carrie Dell Wheeler, Ernestine Wheeler all of Tarboro and Mary Wheeler Tillery of Battleboro, four sons Antera Lee Wheeler, Jr., Clarence E. Wheeler, Maurice Wheeler and Tony Anthony Wheeler of all of Tarboro. twenty seven grandchildren twenty eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. One brother Charles Sharpe and one sister Mary Modlin both of Princeville, one brother-Inlaw Kelster Wheeler of Leggett. A host of other relatives and friends.
