Mrs. Clyde Higgs Obituary Williamston, N.C. Mrs. Clyde J. Higgs (Sip),87, died Wednesday, May 20,2015 at Martin General Hospital. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at St. Paul Baptist Church in Oak City, N.C. with Pastor Alvin Rawlings officiating. There will be a viewing held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. before the service. Burial will follow at 1110 Wynn Road, Williamston, N.C. She is survived by three daughters; Ms. Erma Faye Simmons of New York, Ms.Glenda Higgs of Williamston, N.C. and Ms. Stephanie H. (Eugene) Pippens of Tarboro, N.C. one son, Mr. Lee Curtis Higgs of Williamston, N.C., four sisters-in-laws, Ms. Martha Jones, Ms. Carolyn Jones both of Tarboro, N.C., Ms. Ernestine Jones of Oak City, N.C. and Ms. Mary Lish of Durham, N.C., one brother-in-law; Mr. Roosevelt (Namoi)Arnold of Princeville, N.C. several grandchildren other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 2:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. at Dickens Funeral Services, Inc. of Tarboro, N.C.
