Mrs. Lucy Armston Obituary Battleboro, North Carolina Mrs. Lucy Hill Armston,75, of the Dunbar Community died Saturday November 12, 2016 at her home. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Holy Temple United Holiness Church (709 E. Wilson Street, Tarboro, NC ) With Rev. Dr. Charlie Williams Eulogist. Burial will follow in the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. She is survived by her husband Lenwood Armston of the home, two daughters Monica (Leavander) of Knightdale, North Carolina and Robin Seymore (John) of Wendell, North Carolina, two sons Lenwood Armstron, Jr. (Doris ) of the home and Rodney Armston (Shemethia) of Chattanooga,Tennessee. Six sisters Rev. Ernestine Chance (Deacon Melvin),Annie Pippen, Linda Dolberry, and Barbara Roberts all of Tarboro, North Carolina, Gladys Williams (Ronald) of Queen New York, and Carolyn Harper (Irvin) of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, two brothers Joseph Hill (Shirley) of Tarboro, North Carolina and Thomas Ray Hill (Ruby Jean) of Speed, North Carolina. Five grandchildren, one great grandchild, a host of other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held Friday, November 18, 2016 from 2 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.at Dickens Funeral Service, Inc. followed by a wake from 6 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Holy Temple United Holiness Church in Tarboro, North Carolina.
