Mrs. Mary Rowsom Obituary Mrs. Mary Jane Rowsom, 89, of Conetoe died January 30, 2010. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11 a.m. at the Dickens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. George Terry officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Grove Church Cemetery near Columbia,N.C. on Sunday at 2 p.m. She is survived by a special daughter, Earline H. Scott of the home, two nieces, Dazzerine Pitt of Tarboro and Priscilla Langford (Charlie) of South Carolina, six nephews George L. Rowsom,Jr. of Columbia, Leslie Carter and Kenneth Rowsom both of New Jersey, Vincent Carter of Philadelphia and Donnell Rowsom of Chicago and Raqiui Abdus-Salaam of Norfolk,Virginia. Extended family members Lenoard Hammond of the home, Lewis Dew of Crips, Deborah Jordan (Jerry) and Titus Jackson all of Tarboro.
