Mrs. Mary Teel Obituary Greenville,N.C. Mrs. Mary Louise Carney Teel,89,went home to be with the Lord on November 5,2011. She was the widow of Marcellus \\'Buck\\' Teel,Sr. ,the mother of Marcellus Teel.Jr. of West Haven,CT and Winzer Arthur Teel (Lillie) of Norwalk,CT. mother-in-law of Annie Mae Hardison Teel of Greenville,N.C.,grandmother of Lisa Teel (Jerry) Avent of Greenville,N.C.,Tonya and Ronda Teel of Norwalk,CT;step grandmother of Michelle Hardison of Greenville,N.C.;she was the sister of Mary Etta Carney Gardner of Amityville,N.Y. and sister-in-law of Mrs. Mary M. Barnes Teel of Greenville,N.C. and Corena Glass Carney of Princeville,N.C.;seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday,November 12,2011 1 p.m. at the Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Association Church in Pinetops,N.C. with the Elder James Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Teel Family Cemetery. A viewing will be held Friday, November 11,2011 at Dickens Funeral Service,Inc. from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and at Weaver Chapel Primitive Baptist Church in Conetoe from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 7-8 p.m. These services have been entrusted to Dickens Funeral Service,Inc. of Tarboro.
