Ms. Beverly McDowell Obituary Tarboro,N.C. Ms. Beverly Otwan McDowell, 34, died August 7, 2012. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2 pm at the Weeping Mary Missionary Baptist Church with the Bishop Antonio Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in the Batts Chapel Church Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter, Jaliya Pitt of Princeville. Her parents Ernestine McDowell and Leonard Ransome both of the home. Three sisters Mona Pittman of Whitakers, NC, Katrina McDowell of Speed, NC and Sharda McDowell of the home. Three brothers, Antonio McDowell of Asheboro, NC, Jermaine McDowell and Shawn McDowell of the home. Grandmother Willie Ann Ransome of Speed, NC, grandfather Daniel Ransome, Jr., of Tarboro. Fiance John Thomas of Washington, DC, and a host of other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held Friday 2-7 pm at Dickens Funeral Service Inc. of Tarboro.
