Ms. Hazel Smith Obituary Tarboro, N.C. Ms. Hazel Mae Smith,66,died September 29,2013. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday October 5,2013 at the Batts Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Walter Hines officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter Lora A. Grant of Jacksonville, FL, one sister Bobbie Powell of Princeville, N.C., three brothers, Willie Lee Smith, Edward Frank Smith and David Milton Smith all of Princeville, N.C., three aunts Maude Deloatch, Louise Bannister and Lucille Beaty.
