Ms. Nancy Battle Obituary Pinetops, N.C. Ms. Nancy Elizabeth Battle,87, died December 4,2013. Funeral services will be held Sunday 2p.m. at the Pine Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert E. Wooten officiating. Burial will follow in the Crestlawn Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter Wanda Spivey of Rocky Mount, one grandchild Jerel Rogers and one great-grandchild Aaniyah Rogers. One brother Turner Battle, three sisters; Alice Battle Florence Henry and Shirley Lewis. A host of other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held 2-5 p.m. Saturday at Dickens Funeral Service, Inc. of Tarboro and from 7-8 p.m. at Pine Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
