Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Vines Chapel Church (5659 Barrett Road) in Farmville, N. C. with Rev. Jimmy Vines as the Eulogist. Burial will follow in East Lawn Cemetery, Tarboro, N.C. She is survived by her mother, Mary Andrews, Robersonville, N.C., father, Felix (Bo) Staton, Bethel, N.C.,stepfather, Donnie Andrews, Gold Rock, N.C., three sons, Albert (Shannon) Lawton, Joshua (Keosha) Lawton, Marcus Higgs, all of Tarboro, N.C. two daughters, Brittney (Cydrik) Whitehurst, Greenville, N.C., LaQuail Lawton, Tarboro, N.C., four sisters, Kenya King, Greenville, N.C., Daisy (Tony) Barnes, Robersonville, N.C., Karen Lawton, Raleigh, N.C., Maria (Luke) Holliday, Washington, N.C., seven grandchildren, Zykarias, Jy'Auna, Brianna, Jaziah, Ai'Janae, Aknaryias, Indya, four brothers, Anthony (Taneshia) Roberson, David Lawton, Jeffery Cherry, Jerome Staton, all of Greenville, N.C., five aunts, Rosie Carney, Robersonville, N.C., Sarah Lawton, Tarboro, N.C., Marie Pittman, Tarboro, N.C., Minnie Thigpen, Charlotte, N.C., Katie Pippen, Sulfolk, Va. and a host of other relatives and friends.
