Service will be held on Monday July 3, 2023 at Grace Fellowship COGIC, Hamilton, NC at 12Noon with Elder Dr. Michael Bridgers, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the Martin Memorial Gardens, Williamston, NC. He leaves to mourn his departure his wife, Laura Manning of the home, three sons, Willis Manning Jr. of Pennsylvania, Arthur Manning, Tarboro, NC, Kennith Manning(Regina) Atlanta, Ga., Two daughters Joyce (James)Smith, Tarboro, NC Emma Williams(Pete) Clayton, NC. Two sisters Emily Staton and Nollie Evans , one brother -in-law James Evans. Two goddaughters Carrie Little and Terry (William) Willoughby, ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces and other extended family members. A public Viewing will be held at Dickens Funeral Service on Sunday July 2, 2023 from 2:00 til 6:00PM. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00Pm til 6:00PM.
