Ernest Pettaway Obituary

Mr. Ernest Pettaway, 63, died April 4, 2021. Funeral Service for Mr. Pettaway will be held on Sunday April 11, 2021 at 2:00PM at Saint Mark Church 1204 Hwy. 111 South, Pinetops, North Carolina. Bishop Annie Pettaway, Pastor and Rev. Acey Pettaway, eulogist. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Princeville North Carolina.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy Pettaway , Greenville, North Carolina, one daughter Teresa Pettaway,Greenville, North Carolina. Two brothers Jasper Pettaway (Annie) Conetoe, North Carolina, Gregory Prescott, Bethel, North Carolina. Three sisters Brenda Howell, Janey Harvell (Lester), Mona Prescott all of Brooklyn New York. Four aunts, four uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A public Viewing and Visitation will be on Saturday April 10, 2021 at Dickens Funeral Service from 4:00PM-7:00PM. It is mandatory that masks be worn for both services.
