Jamal Sherrod Obituary

Mr. Jamal Sherrod, 27, of Speed, North Carolina died on March 10, 2020. Life Celebration Services will take place for the immediate family only.

He is survived by his parents Paul and Adell Gary of Speed, North Carolina and Annie McDowell and James Sherrod, Tarboro, North Carolina.

Two brothers, Derrick McDowell, Joel McDowell, of Speed, North Carolina. One sister, Shakierra McDowell, Speed, North Carolina, one aunt, Ernestine McDowell, Hobgood, North Carolina, and three uncles, Melvin McDowell and Herbert Sylvester McDowell, both of Asheboro, North Carolina, Wendell McDowell, Kinston, North Carolina.

Viewing and visitation will take place at the funeral home on Friday, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The family will be receiving friends at 109 Mill Pond Road, Speed, North Carolina.

These services have been entrusted to Dickens Funeral Service, Inc. of Tarboro, North Carolina.
