Mr. Joseph Stanely Thompson Jr, 41, of Greenville, North Carolina died January 01, 2022 at Vidant Medical, Greenville, North Carolina. Services for Mr. Thompson will be held on Saturday January  08, 2022 at 2:00PM in the Dickens Funeral Service Chapel. Rev. Acey Pettaway, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the Eastlawn Cemetery, Tarboro, North Carolina.

He is survived by a daughter Jayla Thompson, Pinetops, North Carolina, his mother and stepfather, Alice Thompson Pettaway(Kennedy Pettaway), Tarboro, North Carolina, four brothers, Timothy Hollander, New York, Kennedy D. Pettaway, New York, Lamar Pettaway and a special brother Willie Pettaway, Greenville, North Carolina. Five sisters, Kenyetta Thompson, Tarboro, North Carolina, Isiavia Foster, California, Kristin Foster, California, two special sisters, Tiffany Thompson, Virginia and Lillie Braswell (Adrian) Rocky Mount, North Carolina, ten aunts and seven uncles.

A public Walk-Through Visitation will be held on Friday January 07,2022 from 2-6:00PM at Dickens Funeral Service.
