Ms. Nannie L. Rodgers 86, of Tarboro, North Carolina died on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Rocky Mount Rehabilitation Center, Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Services will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Hines, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, Tarboro, North Carolina.

She is survived by two sons, William Earl Exum (Charnelle) Battleboro, North Carolina, Fate Ellis Rodgers (Luvenia) Baltimore, Md., nine daughters, Caroline Rodgers, Tacator Hyman, Mary Battle of Tarboro, North Carolina, Virginia Collins (John) Oklahoma, Annette Rodgers, Baltimore Md., Carolyn Smith (Lawrence) Washington,DC, Vernell Wimbush (Fred) Washington, DC, Edith Grant (Roosevelt) Whitakers, North Carolina, Annette Higgs (Milton) Tarboro, North Carolina, two sisters Annie Mae Powell, Baltimore Md., Irene Lyons, Tarboro, North Carolina, son in law David Earl Hyman, thirty- five grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and a host of special nieces, nephews relatives and friends.

A public viewing will be held from 2:00 -7:00 PM on Friday February 28, 2020 at Dickens Funeral Services, Inc. of Tarboro, North Carolina.
