Mrs. Penelope Leigh Rogers  Vaughan, 65, of Rocky Mount, North Carolina received her angel wings on Monday March 01, 2021.  Funeral services are slated for noon March 6, 2021, at The New Morning Star Church of Christ 225 South Glendale Avenue, Rocky Mount, North Carolina. with public viewing one hour prior to the service. 

The interment will follow immediately at the Cedarview Cemetery in Enfield, North Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Metropolitian Baptist Church, 1213 Leggett Road, Rocky Mount, North Carolina, or the Rocky Mount Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated Scholarship Fund at P.O. Box 1722 Rocky Mount, North Carolina.27802
