Raymond Exum Sr. Obituary

Mr. Raymond Earl Exum Sr., 77, died Monday April 26, 2021. Funeral services for Mr. Exum will be held on Tuesday May 04, 2021 at 1:00pm at Free Union Missionary Baptist church with Rev. Jonah Walston officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Chapel Church Cemetery.

He is survived by three sons, Raymond Exum Jr. (Karen), Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Kenneth Jones (Dana) Williamsburg, Virginia and Michael Branch, Chesapeake, Virginia . Three daughters, Marilyn Asonye, Raleigh, North Carolina, Deidre Dickens and Dearia Dickens both of the home. Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Five sisters, Idona Barnes, Union, New Jersey, Delzora Holley, Durham, North Carolina, Reta Exum, Tarboro, North Carolina, Dr. Gladys Huggins, Greensboro, North Carolina and Evelyn Graves ( James) Greensboro, North Carolina. He also leaves to cherish his memory May T. Dickens of the home and a daughter Laquanda Dickens, Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

A public viewing will be held on Monday May 3, 2021 from 2:00PM to 6:00PM at Dickens Funeral Service, Tarboro, North Carolina.

We will follow the COVID-19 guidelines and you are asked that mask be worn for both services.
